This site exists to be a “personal support forum” for webmasters, hosting resellers and providers to communicate, share ideas, including referrals and recommendations to products and services not necessarily endorsed by the administrators of this site, or other commercial entities found using this site, or mentioned within. 
This is NOT a complaint department for flames, bitches, or rants.  While it’s perfectly alright to express your dissatisfaction with a company, service, or product, your comments are expected to be professional, responsible, and provable or duly noted as your opinion USING APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE. 
While the administrators and moderators strive to keep order in the spirit of the policies, we neither assume nor accept responsibility for breeches of the policies in any legal sense.  We are not responsible for libel, defamation of character, loss of income, degradation of service, Armageddon or anything else in between, although we do STRIVE to prevent these from occurring.  If you feel the administrators or moderators are responsible or liable or endorse anything on this site for any reason, you are wrong.  Use this site at your own risk, and remain on your best behavior.

This site was graciously donated and set up by a hosting reseller and admin’d by the owner and other volunteers, for use by webmasters, resellers and hosting providers as a place for its users to communicate in the event that their existing support channels have been either temporarily or permanently suspended for whatever reason.  The purpose is to compare outage notes/reports and alternate measures and contingency plans when your hosts communication channels are down.  It may also be used for design Q & A, scripting help, and referrals and recommendations.

It is NOT intended to be a place to trash anyone or any business or host, nor is it intended to lead anyone from any host or service to another for simply cutthroat business and taking advantage of a business that is down.  Treat everyone like family, and expect the same treatment back.

If you have ideas to make this service more helpful, please suggest them, even better, volunteer to help with them.  The founding admins of this site believe that superior customer service and communication is key in business, including personal and professional behavior, attitude and honesty.
